2023- 2024 School Year

TUTORS:

Individuals serving as Tutors shall be licensed teachers except as hereinafter provided.

Payment for Tutors: $35 per hour.

If you are interested in tutoring for this school year, please fill out the online application.  Once your application has been approved you will receive an email to complete the onboarding.

Tutor through FPS:
If the Falmouth Public Schools is in need of a short term Tutor during the year, a representative from the school department will call Tutors off the Tutor list based on licensure.  Once active, the Tutor will log hours and will be paid through the Falmouth Public Schools.  Tutoring can take place at the school, home, hospital or other location depending on situation and need.

Private Tutor:
If a parent/primary caretaker is interested in privately hiring a Tutor, they can access the Tutor list and arrange private tutoring sessions directly with the Tutor.  Payment is set up through a W9 and paid directly from the parent/primary caretaker to the Tutor, not the school system.

In addition to these requirements, a current CORI (Criminal Offender Record Information) must be completed every year, as well as a Fingerprint Background Check.
